Basic Window & Door Unit Warranty Structure
The vinyl and aluminum window and door assemblies engineered by Coastal Industries, Inc. are warranted for a period of twenty (20) years concerning the structural vinyl extrusions and five (5) years regarding mechanical hardware under customary service and normal use.
This coverage reflects our adherence to high-precision tolerance standards, heavy-duty wall profiles, and high-performance hardware configurations that withstand harsh New England weather cycles.
Insulating Glass Double-Glazed 10-Year Limited Warranty
Coastal Industries warrants that double-glazed insulating glass units will remain free from material visual obstruction resulting from dust, internal moisture, or chemical film formation within the airspace for ten (10) years from the invoice date, caused by failure of the hermetic seal.
Each unit utilizes advanced warm-edge spacer technology and state-of-the-art dual-seal matrices to retain inert gas concentrations and optimize thermal insulation over decades of thermal cycling.

General Warranty Provisions & Claims Procedure
Any claims under this warranty should be submitted in written form to your authorized dealer or directly to Coastal Industries promptly after discovery. Notifications must state the claimed defect, order reference, series identification, date of invoice, and verifiable proof of purchase. A reasonable inspection period must be granted to the manufacturer.
Upon evaluation, Coastal Industries, Inc. reserves the right to repair or furnish equivalent replacement components free of charge, shipped F.O.B. Haverhill, MA. The original warranty timeframe is not renewed or extended by any repair or replacement procedure.
Note on Liability Limitations: All statutory or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited strictly to the duration specified herein. Coastal Industries shall not be liable for secondary, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for removal and reinstallation labor charges incurred during replacement operations.
